Audiqcer operates the datacenters.pt platform as part of a broader portfolio of professional compliance, audit and advisory services. The positioning in the Portuguese data center market is built on three pillars: combined public-private experience, integrated command of EU and Portuguese regulation, and deep sectoral knowledge of the data center industry.
Audiqcer's datacenters.pt was launched from the conviction that regulatory compliance is, more than ever, a decisive factor of competitiveness and risk reduction for the Portuguese data center sector. The 2026-2027 regulatory convergence — DL 125/2025, PNCD, EED, DORA, AI Act, CSRD, GDPR — creates structured demand for specialist services that few national providers can deliver in an integrated manner. Audiqcer occupies that territory with a multidisciplinary team and a results-oriented methodology.
Methodology
Audiqcer's methodology operates at three levels of engagement: initial diagnostic with prioritised gap identification; operational implementation of remediation measures, with clear timelines and accountability; and continuous support through a retainer relationship, with periodic reviews and proactive management of regulatory evolution. Each client is assigned a dedicated compliance officer, integrated in a broader team that ensures cross-regulatory coverage.
